Our Mission

Metagood’s mission is to organize the world’s assets into an open and on-chain economy, so value can move as freely as information.

‍Digitizing real-world assets has been part of our DNA for over a decade. In 2015, Bill Tai and Danny Yang collaborated with renowned Peruvian economist Hernando de Soto, author of The Mystery of Capital, to design one of the first frameworks for recording property rights on the blockchain — envisioning a more inclusive and transparent global economy.

A few years later, Bill advised the Fluidity.io team, which successfully tokenized a $30 million Manhattan condominium, one of the earliest real-estate tokenization projects, before the company was acquired by ConsenSys in 2018.

These pioneering efforts laid the foundation for Metagood’s continued work to bring real-world assets on-chain — combining trust, openness, and impact to build a better future.
